Our project is called Aao Sath Chalay which is basically an NGO/Organization based management system which only targets one NGO/Organization which is basically a Society in our university called Silent Steps. Our system is based on the web portal that is managed by the admin of the organization including the Donation management, NGO Member Profile management, and Audits Management which is our main focus module side of this entire project so far and at the last report generation on the basis of events and projects made by the society. In general, our Software system will help to manage the day to day operations of the NGO/Organization, especially Silent Steps (Society in FAST NUCES CFD)

Project Objectives

Our main project objective is to maintain the day to day operations of the NGO/Organization which is basically ongoing projects and event management in order to save the record of every event and project. Aao Sath Chaleyn is totally based on an NGO/Foundation based Software System which includes major Audit management which is an important part of every Organization because cash flow and balance sheet is a necessary part of our objective of the project so far.

Project Implementation Method

Aao Sath Chaleyn is an NGO based website that uses web tools HTML, CSS, javascript, SQL, and PHP. 

Benefits of the Project

It is used for charity purposes for poor and needy people. Charity includes cash or maybe goods are controlled over the system and maintain regular audits, balance sheet, financials and show transparency of cash inflow and outflow through this automated system. We can also raise campaigns for the collection of funds and able to utilize them in Ramzan drive or pure drinkable water supply or Rashan drives, etc. 

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

We will build the front end on HTML, CSS and JS and will use PHP and connect the database using SQL queries on it. It will be web-based and flexible to be integrated/embedded on android and ios.
