Project Summary
As for 5G two bands are defined one is lower band and the other one is mm waveband. We are making an antenna that will work on the higher 5G frequencies in mm waveband. Most of the developed countries like China and America are working on it. Designed antenna array can be used in future for applications for 5G communication devices.
Our antenna will be working on duel frequencies in MMWaveband, this will make it even better for commercial use.
Project Objectives
Design of a dual band antenna array operating in the mm-wave band for future 5G communication devices. Those two frequencies lies in further Ka and V band.
Project Implementation Method
At first we were supposed to make a software design on HFSS. We are done with our design.Our results are satisfactory. Now we have to fabricate the antenna from NIE. For that fabrication we have to order RT DUROID 5880 sheets. Then we will fabricate the antenna from NIE. After that we need to buy connectors for testing purposes.

It will:
1)Mainly benefit the telecom and satellite communication.
2)Improve the speed of transmission.
3)Lower the latency .
4)Greater capacity of remote execution
Technical Details of Final Deliverable
The design of the antenna is array and it is working on MMWave band.
We are done with the software designs. Pics of some results are attached
We have to do fabrication and we have to buy connectors for our antenna.
As this is among latest technology so the connectors and fabrication is a bit expensive.
