MOREOVER, User's time is being consumed in visiting every shop. Users have to visit many dealers whenever they want to purchase a new car. Users have to search for a good mechanic in their area. Most of the people doesn't meet the expert mechanic.

We havea solution to this problem we will develop a mobile app and a website as well on which we have user mode and dealer’s mode. In user mode, user can view different cars, their spare parts along with the shop they are available on. User can contact different dealers through this app. User can contact the company for repairing the car. In dealer mode, dealer can use this app for managing inventory, deals, cash, finance, wholesale, buy here pay here (bhph), customer information, credit reports and printing paperwork. Our system will be composed of mobile application and website. In website, there will be admin panel which will controlled by company administration. Admin can login and control the management while user can view the cars, spare parts, etc. on the app. Dealers will also can be access through the app.

Smart 3S Autos Dealership will provide services relating to sales and services including repair and spare parts. The showroom is capable of displaying different cars and the integrated workshop gets 12 service bays for maintenance and repair. It will have 2 portals; user side and dealer side. On dealer side, dealer will use it for managing inventory, deals (cash, finance, wholesale, buy here pay here (BHPH), customer information, credit reports and printing paperwork). In the user side, user can view different cars as well as different spare parts along with different shops location at which those spare parts are available. It will give ease to the users as their time will be save as they do not have to visit every shop.

The aim of this project is to develop a software for the effective management of a Smart 3S Auto Dealership that will be able to achieve the following objectives:

Project Implementation Method

We will implement this project by creating website through Laravel and mobile application through flutter and we will store database on MySQL. We will use php MyAdmin for this purpose. We will use android studio for mobile app development. We will use Vs code for website development. We will add the user and dealer mode. In user mode, user can access the dealer easily, user can view different cars as well as different spare parts of the car that they want to purchase. User can login and can view the info of cars and spare parts and can easily access different dealers. On the dealer side there will be a different login system, on which they can manage their system easily and they can easily access their customers.

Our system will comprise of the following functionalities:

Inventory:

This module includes car’s sales/purchase. Users can easily book the car at their ease. Users can easily search the required car and the car will be displayed to them immediately with all its details like its mileage, performance, its color, etc. Then afterwards if the user like the car, then the user can easily book the car as soon as possible. It will also display the own procedure of the car by which user will be informed easily about the whole procedure.

Wholesale management:

This module includes the spare parts management system in which users can view the different spare parts of the cars available at different shops. Users can easily purchase the required spare part and also they can view that from which shop the required spare part is easily available. So, it will save the time of the users as the users can easily book the required spare parts. They can easily search their required spare part.

Customer info:

In this module, Organization will take the necessary information from the customer like his name, contact, email and add this info in the system by assigning the tracking id. The company will manage the whole record of the customer against the tracking id no of the customer. It will help the organization to manage if a customer complains in future.

Credit report:

This module includes the record of sales/purchase of the organization. This module will help the organization to manage all the records of sales, purchase, services of the organization. It will help the organization to measure their performances yearly, monthly. They can also measure the ratio of their profit and loss monthly and yearly.

Point of Sale (POS):

This module is comprised of the invoice of spare parts, services and sales/ purchase of the car. It will help organization to have a complete record of the user’s bills with the details that which user purchase which item at which time. Furthermore, it will provide to the customer and organization to have the same record for prevention of upcoming issues.
